All publicity…

December 1, 2010

Those who thought yesterday’s “Yes” campaign video didn’t do enough to sell devolved politics may be pleased with today’s Daily Mail.

Punishing the English?

The tabloid has blasted the Welsh Assembly Government’s decision to protect Welsh students, including those in England, from planned tuition fee rises.

The Mail’s “Punished for being English” headline runs in direct contrast to Carwyn Jones’ statements about “hammer blows” struck to Wales in October’s Comprehensive Spending Review.

Should devolved politics be happy for this publicity?
